RUBASO International Referral Program Terms and Conditions

Thank you for your interest in participating in the RUBASO International Referral Program! By participating in this program, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. Eligibility:

• The RUBASO International Referral Program is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old and reside in countries where RUBASO International operates.
• Employees of RUBASO International and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. Referral Process:

• To participate in the referral program, participants must refer new customers to RUBASO International using their unique referral link or code.
• Referrals must result in a qualifying purchase on the RUBASO International website in order for the referrer to be eligible for rewards.

3. Incentives:

• For each successful referral, the referrer will receive a 5% commission from the sale amount of products sold using their unique referral code.
• The commission amount will be calculated based on the total sale value of the products purchased by the new customer.

4. Expiration:

• Referral rewards must be claimed within 90 days of issuance. After this period, unclaimed rewards will expire and become void.

5. Restrictions:

• Participants may not refer themselves or engage in any fraudulent or deceptive behavior to earn rewards.
• Referral rewards are non-transferable and may only be used by the intended recipient.

6. Modification or Termination:

• RUBASO International reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the referral program at any time, for any reason, without prior notice.
• In the event of program modification or termination, any unclaimed referral rewards will be forfeited.

7. Disclaimers:

• Participation in the referral program is voluntary and at the participant's own risk.
• RUBASO International is not responsible for any errors, omissions, or technical malfunctions that may occur in connection with the referral program.

8. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
